  If I could give one star I could.. I come in through the drive thru and the person at the window never says anything, looks at me weird with no conversation whatsoever and slams the window in my face when I go and get my order. The app never let me know when my order was ready after ordering it. To top it off when I went to get my sandwich it was burnt and could barely eat it. Management do better!

  Every time we order from Jimmy John’s, it comes at a timely matter And everything is correct on the order and fresh. Finally, a different option besides Subway here in Crete something that is actually good and fresh and actually get your order correct every time!!

  Stopped into this new location for the first time tonight. Great experience. The staff was efficient and polite. Our order was perfect including customization to some sandwiches. I placed an order on the app and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. We’ll be back soon.
