  I got the opportunity to be attended by Mynor, providing excellent customer service while I was ordering at Jimmy John’s. He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was correct, which made the whole experience really pleasant. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, and that kind of service really stands out. I truly appreciate his great attitude and care for customers!

  I had a really great interaction with Mynor at this Jimmy John’s. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and we ended up having a really good conversation about a lot of positive things. He genuinely made my day better and made me feel good as a customer. Awesome service and great energy — thank you, Mynor!

  If I could give one star I could.. I come in through the drive thru and the person at the window never says anything, looks at me weird with no conversation whatsoever and slams the window in my face when I go and get my order. The app never let me know when my order was ready after ordering it. To top it off when I went to get my sandwich it was burnt and could barely eat it. Management do better!

  Every time we order from Jimmy John’s, it comes at a timely matter And everything is correct on the order and fresh. Finally, a different option besides Subway here in Crete something that is actually good and fresh and actually get your order correct every time!!
