    So the lobby said it was closed because of short staff. And the sign was hand written so im sure someone that works there decided on their own to close the lobby without asking the owner. This also happened last year during the summer. It was closed; the lobby, for weeks. This is insane and it takes forever to get your food. I love taco bell, but I hate this location. Its not even fast food when it takes 8 to 10 minutes to get my food. The employees are reasonably nice, but other than that this taco bell is horrible. Take the sign down too, thats pathetic to lock customers out because staff is low. Figure something out Columbus taco bell. Just sad for people that enjoy taco bell.

    Benefit of doubt. Small store not many workers. That's because. It doesn't pay. At all. They hire some of the most lazy workers. Or no one hired at all. This causes me: 1hr and a half wait time. For a small order of nachos and a chicken cantina bowl. What is got: No chicken or lettuce in the bowl. Straight cheese.(Seriously😪😂) I didnt check it because I didnt feel like waiting another hour to get a change. In fact a customer literally walked up to the counter because an order was wrong and the dude said "im sorry man we cant get to you. We have to many orders to worry about". Another female worker stating "I'll work harder when they pay me more" Columbus nebraska taco bell needs a rework.
