This is now the third time my food has arrived thrown together in a sloppy, unacceptable condition. Items are either missing entirely or I receive food I didn’t order. I consistently order nachos with extra toppings, yet more often than not I receive little more than plain chips with a small amount of cheese, nowhere near what was ordered or paid for. The lack of care and attention to accuracy and presentation makes it seem as though orders are not being checked at all before being handed off. At this point, this has become a pattern rather than a one-time mistake. Customers expect orders to be prepared correctly, packaged with care, and matched to what was actually ordered. These issues need to be addressed, as this experience has been both frustrating and disappointing.
