- BKBrandy & Mark KuehlerDec 10, 20253.0This Subway is always so short staffed. I waited for service and the Jenny was the only person working. After I got my sandwich, which she made perfectly, she ran to the bank, store left unattended due to the only one working. As she left, I kid you not 4 people came and gone in 8 minutes. Being in the service industry, I let each one know she would be back, had to run to the bank. They all acknowledged me, but stayed 30 seconds maybe, then left. How can a company build customers being so short staffed. I wouldn't wait to long knowing only 1 person is there to help for lunch hours.

- THTeresa HApr 25, 20171.0The staff refused to make fresh Coffee as there was only a half cup left from 5 hours ago. The radio was too loud, staff did not smile or talk to me but to each other. If not for convenience being in Walmart I would not return
