- ADAnnette DSep 13, 20252.0Disappointing Service, Decent Pizza Visited from out of state on a Saturday night at 7:30 with high hopes, but the experience didn’t quite deliver. We waited to be seated (the only guests in the dining room), then waited again to place an order. Requested appetizer ahead of pizza which the waitress acknowledged she would try to accommodate but then she forgot to place. She offered to put in the order and comp but there was no follow-through. The hand-tossed pizza had to be substituted for pan pizza due to crust shortage and while good, also took a long time to receive, but helped salvage the visit. The overall experience lacked basic customer service skills and ambience for an enjoyable dining experience. There seems to be tremendous opportunity for staff training to ensure guests feel acknowledged and valued from start to finish.
