  It just seems like it’s getting worse and worse. I will order my food online to pick up and I’m waiting a half an hour to pick it up and then they forget items and it was only two items I ordered too. How could you forget an item it’s ridiculous. Maybe you should have people who can read orders better.

  Sooo slow. The last 2 times we have ordered we have waited over 20 mins for our order. Both times we did mobile orders and Both times the wait was excessively long. The one order we had to go in and get our food which was just sitting on the counter for presumably the entire 25 mins we were parked. This last time we used drive through hoping it would be faster. It was not. The order was 1 happy meal and 2 burgers and ff so nothing that requires 20 mins to make yet we were directed to park in a stall and our food would be brought out to us. Another 20 mins and we finally have our food. There was 1 car ahead of us so it was not even like they were slammed.

  Lots of different menu items like fries, hamburgers, chicken nuggets, etcetera And their fries are really good. And also a happy meal for the kids! The chicken nuggets are good same with the hamburgers.

  The service has been so bad that I gave up eating here. Even the app can't make a difference... I loved McDonald's...

  I ordered 6 McDoubles with no onion and with added mayo and 2 orders of fries. I got my order. The wrappers say no onion, add mayo. I get home, and they are full of onions, and they tasted and smelled absolutely awful. I've had people mess up and put onions on it before, and they don't taste like whatever the hell that was. I don't know if someone threw the patties on the floor, or what, but I am really about to snap on these people. $34 meal, thrown in the trash.
