  If i could leave zero stars i would. this place is ridiculous. we order our food on the app and we live out of town 30 minutes tell us why when we got there we waited a whole hour in the pickup line? Don't even get me started on the amount of times they have forgotten our sauce and drinks. Today we order two things of cheesy garlic bread and they were out we spent $16 dollars. they gave us one thing of breadsticks instead and we had to ask for a refund for the extra amount we paid. You can see in the photo what our cinnamon rolls looked like and they have done that with our garlic bread in the past where there is barely anything on it. For the price of your food the least you could do is make pickup faster than an hour and give us everything we ordered plus actually cover our food with the correct amount of toppings. Out of all the food places that have closed in broken bow it should of been pizza hut.

  Service was absolutely horrible. Food came out at different times and waited over an hour for some of it. Employee had kids in there running in and out of kitchen, I believe causing a distraction to the staff, who in turn weren’t working and fulfilling orders. Ended up taking the rest of the order to go and only got a few bucks taken off the total. Definitely will NOT be coming back!!

  Extremely disappointing experience. Employees were letting kids run in & out of the kitchen and around the restaurant. We were seated for well over an hour and did not receive our food. Phone was ringing constantly with no one answering. There were 5 employees standing around, talking, not doing their job the entirety of our visit. When asked when we would be getting our food, manager told us “It’s not our fault, I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” Restaurant is dirty, staff were rude. We definitely will not be back, nor would we recommend to anyone.

  Manager David was rude from the get go Ashley was even worse... Almost seemed like neither liked their jobs. Customer service sucks! Seems like customers are door mats

  They told me it would be 15 min ive waited for over an hour and the manager would not even talk the cook had to come help me. Worst service ever you would think they would give you a voucher for a free pizza
