They had a large order they were working on, but then because of that weren't serving or acknowledging customers in the store. A woman asked for more tea 4 times before anyone acknowledged her, then once they finally did, they just said "I don’t know what's wrong with the machine" and didn't help her. The lady working the cash register kept yelling at people in the back to do things. The gal in training was the only one who acknowledged me after several minutes of standing and waiting in line. She, unfortunately because she was in training, couldn't help me because she didn't know how, but at least she tried! There were two people in the back who wouldn't come out and help. There were no cookies. It was just a hot mess. My husband coincidently was the person with the large order that they were working on, and they messed up almost every single sandwich AND forgot 3 of the sandwiches, so we had to go back. We gave them 2.5 hours to prep the order too. To add insult to injury, when we went back to have them make the sandwiches that they forgot, THEY MADE US PAY FOR THEM AGAIN!!! This place was absolute garbage today. Hot mess of a place and people working.
