  I love Jimmy Johns I absolutely love it for many reasons but my experience tonight changes everything. It’s 5 minutes before close and I pull up to the speaker and they welcome me I tell them I want a number 4 as a giant and they then tell me they are closed. They were not closed. Unacceptable. I’ve worked at subway for 3 years and if we locked the doors early we’d be fired. Extremely disappointed.

  I went into Jimmy John's with me and my two kids I ordered $30 worth of food and then got told I couldn't use my hundred dollar bill! Then as both of my kids were crying as I was trying to explain to them why they're just staring at me! I will never step foot or order from this place ever again they were rude and sent us out the door! they are overpriced as is and you don't want to accept anything other than 20s on top of watching two crying kids that want to eat at your place! just flat-out uncalled for!
