  I come in with my 2 kids and the cashier is completely rude. The kids are in the back are on their phones and didnt acknowledge us. I ask Lauren a simple question about an item on the menu since it's been a long time and said yea yea that's what it is.... now hurry up because I have to sit for 15 mins. I just order food for my little ones and as the receipt prints out she crumples it up and shoves it hard onto my hand. And I just received a disgusted look. So very unprofessional. I get you are having a bad or hard day. But customers are what keeps yalls business alive. Another reason why I've kept away from DQ. SHAME SHAME

  We went there for ice cream this evening. There was a sign on the door that said they would be closing at 7:00. We walked in, and a young lady told us they were closed. I looked at my watch, and it was 5:58. We told the young lady that it wasn't quite 6:00, and she again told us they were closed. There was another person behind the counter. We assumed she was a supervisor or manager. She never said a word and wouldn't even look at us. No explanation, just closed an hour earlier than what the note said that they had put on the door. We had just driven 13 miles to get ice cream and were very disappointed.

  Our experience is drive through related so don't know if the inside is clean or not but I doubt it....the people are nice enough and the food was decent but the fountain soda had floaters and tasted really bad so we threw them and went to the gas station next door and bought bottled soda to drink....since they were 2 different kinds I don't believe the soda machine is being cleaned properly or often enough....buyer beware.

  Ordered my son a sundae, with Oreos. It was nearly $7 for a small sundae, so I just asked what cost so much. She instantly got an attitude then had no idea how to read her own receipt. Hands me a sundae with ice cream on the sides, open the lid and it literally gets all over, hot fudge and ice cream, she closes the window and never gave me any napkins. I honked for 20 seconds as she ignored me. The other guy said he could remake it, she is all worked up and does it. Goes and makes me another one, and lightly dusts Oreos that were $2. This is probably the 4th time in a row bad experience. I always want to try them, but they fail every time. Couldn’t believe the attitude over a very reasonable request. My expectations were set low, and they still missed.
