She was professional, kind, and immediately arranged a refund and replacement. As someone who manages IT for over 120 Arby’s locations, I really appreciate seeing that level of customer care and accountability. Angel turned a bad experience into a great one — she deserves recognition! 🍕👏

Just want some decent pizza near me so will give them another shot. Manager blamed the "kiddo" when I called to offer feedback which is not a good sign.
