Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. No one in drive-thru or inside. There was a young kid at the order station just starring down at the register. Didn't acknowledge me or ask what I would like to order. I stayed patient thinking he was having computer issues. After 2 minutes I asked if he was having problems and he replied no was waiting for your order. No eye contact. I said how would I know you didn't acknowledge me whatsoever. He said the sun glare was the reason. My sandwich was made and put on top of glass . No bag , no napkins. I asked for napkins and he said help yourself. I had to reach over the counter. Got home and sandwich was not cut in half. Much easier to eat or share cut like they are supposed to. Return customers are important to businesses. I won't be. Owner needs to retrain.

Amazing staff. They were very cool and it’s easily the best Jimmy John’s location in Nebraska. The food was amazing!
