  There was three workers one came out of the bath room and one came from back. However there was 1 small Hispanic girl who was working very hard alone there was many orders on the screen no one would help her. Black girl with red hair drop some chicken and disappeared. Would love to give 5 stars for the small girl who was polite and working. March 31st 130pm

  I used to like Wingstop; however, the Manager who was working the night shift 5/01/26 @ 2245 (mixed bi-racial, curly black hair, glasses) was smirking and then laughing as I was walking out of the restaurant, along with the other 2 employees that were there. Spent $52.82 at the this location off Cornhusker and only got 1/4 of our order right and received OLD SEASONED FRIES, which weren't seasoned at all. The place is ALWAYS messy and had to wait an additional 25 mins for my online order because the short Hispanic kid (blonde/black hair) was making 4 employees (who were just leaning against the kitchen counters doing nothing)their food, before ours. Our pickup time was for 10 and we didn't get our food until 2220 and we got there at 2150, then had to go back because of their mess up. I don't think that Manager needs to be a manager if she can't handle situations without smirking and I'm definitely sure that the other 2 employees will cover for her actions and deny what happened. Not going there anymore, at night. I asked for her name and she wouldn't give it to me. I remember faces really good and she is one that I will not have, serve me!!!

  Wish I Could do no stars -10 !! Absolutely horrible tasting chicken they do not know how to fry chicken well done. The chicken is very big and soggy. Don’t even waste your time asking for extra crispy. You’re gonna get extra soggy cold chicken no matter what I avoided this place for like three years I always drive all the way to the one on 72nd in Omaha just because this one taste so horrible. that’s the only one that tastes good is on 72nd. I promise you.

  I used to love wingstop, but this Bellevue location has messed up our order by leaving stuff out twice. Then after showing up to get the missing food the staff was severely lacking any motivation or consideration to make things right. All wings were thrown in the same container despite having different orders with different special requests. Someone in management should spend some time with some remedial customer service training. It seems like no one cares about their job.
