  Why does it take 15-20 mins to get 4x drinks? The last several times we’ve come here…it’s nearly an all day event just to get your order. No sense of urgency amongst the employees, cars just sit and wait. Insane.

  Ive been coming here since i was a child. Its always been really good food. And the vibes are one of the closest you can find to an oldschool diner imo (without going to steak and shake). Also the lady at the window was an absolute doll.

  I’ve gone to this location many times and it’s usually has a longer wait time then the app states but today was insane. It took 30 minutes to get my food after ordering on the app. After 20 minutes of waiting I called and was told it was shift change no apologies just they’ll get to it when they can. It the took another 10+ minutes they came to my car 3 separate times stating different names and orders that weren’t mine and then saying sorry. When I parked I was the only car in the mobile pick up area after 30 minutes 4 cars that showed up long after me got their food and drinks and drove away. This experience has erased and previous decent experience. I don’t plan on taking my business there any more.
