- THTyler HuffApr 21, 20262.0Let me start with the service was amazing, and the steak was cooked exactly as I ordered. The bloomin onion and bread were delicious, but it all went down hill from there. The fries were inedible, I can't even explain how gross they tasted, and the steak was just awful. My ribeye was cooked to a perfect medium rare, but it was such a cheap piece of meat that I literally had to saw through it. I immediately knew it was going to be bad, but tried anyway. I spit out the first Luke warm bite, and choked down the middle part which was almost edible. I used to love outback, but this was literally the worst steak I have had in a decade. I've had better steak at truck stops. Again, the staff and cooks nailed it, but you can only do so much when the food quality they provide you is absolutely unacceptable for a steakhouse.
