  This is the worst McDonald’s in the whole Nebraska, they ALWAYS forget items in my order. Today they didn’t pack my hash browns and I paid for an extra one. I called to request a refund on the missing items, if I didn’t receive them why would I pay for them? Keep in mind I live 9 minutes away. I requested a refund on the items I didn’t get, the manager Joana or however you spell it said I needed to drive back with the order and the receipt. I literally asked for a refund for items I didn’t get. She hung up and said you need to drive back. And before the owner comments saying submit a complaint here I already did.

  Ordered the HUNTR/X meal and was missing the collectible item but they made it right. I sent my husband with proof of purchase and provided the collectible without issue.
