Tonight I decided to give it another chance because my kids really wanted Wendy’s, I sent my husband to pick up our order. Things were missing or messed up but the manager was absolutely amazing when my husband went back about the missing or messed up items!!! Fixed the problem immediately, and communicated efficiently. Let him keep the messed up drinks and remade the correct ones. I would say this was the best customer service from this location yet! Usually we don’t make a fuss about it, but I told my husband to at least make sure we have everything in the bags, he went back. Thank you so much Mr.Manager sir. We’ll be back!

Every time I've ordered, the staff always bags my items separately and let's me know. They've done this WITHOUT me asking. All of the other restaurants have NEVER done this. I'll pass other Wendy's restaurants to use this location. My order is always correct and the staff is very friendly!
