Ordered from home, got there fifteen minutes later to pick up, I walked in but they said lobby was closed so I had to leave (at 7:30 at night) so I was forced to sit in drive through which was moving absurdly slow for around 50 minutes to finally get my order, nearly an hour after ordering. The order said it was finish 30 minutes before I actually was able to get it, the food was cold and the taco shells had turned to mush. I just threw it away and went to Cornhusker Taco Bell.

Closed the lobby at 7:00pm and had to go through the drive through to get my food that had been done for 30 minutes…

Sat in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes like an idiot while absolutely nothing happened. Called the store and they answered once, then immediately lied and pretended to be the manager saying “they hung up”—even though we could hear them the entire time.
No explanation. No apology. Just blatant disrespect and incompetence. If you’re closed, understaffed, or just don’t care, put up a sign instead of trapping customers in your drive-thru and gaslighting them over the phone.
This place is a complete joke. Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The majority of the crew is slow beyond belief, give no acknowledgement to customers in the lobby, are on their phones while working, absolutely zero sense of urgency, and had people waiting 30+ minutes to the point there were a handful of walk-outs or DoorDash/GrubHub order pick-ups canceled right there. As far as I'm concerned, the only member of the crew moving was the black gentleman further in the back, while all of the ladies on the shift dragged their feet. The disregard and borderline disrespect when customers inquired about orders was surprising, and this may be the worst I've seen from a Taco Bell crew.
