Had a interesting experience at the drive thru window at this location. Theere was a car that was at the window before us that had parked a little far from the window. Causing the people to reach out to exchange items. Once they had left and we pulled up to the window, we heard the young women inside talking trash about the person who was a ahead of us. So I guess my advice is, if your going to talk shit about customers than you might want to close the window before you talk shit. And out of curiosity, did you guys talk shit about us as well? We'd like to know. Food is ok, but definitely some work needs to done with the customer service part at least be a little bit more careful.

Besides the app never working for this location I have found that 90 % of the CSR at the drive thru window and carhop are really rude. They all seem like they hate their jobs. Their tone is rude and makes you feel like you're a bother to them and shouldn't be their. I will not be coming back to this location anymore. I only ran across one cashier and she was probably the only pleasant one there.

My order got taken by my uber driver and they refused to make it again because there’s no ticket. I work in a restaurant and when situations like this come up remaking the order is what is necessary.
