I drove over there at 5:45 after we'd been on hold for 30 minutes. When I got there the staff was disorganized, confused, and unable to handle the situation at all. They told me that it would be another hour and a half before the pizza was ready. They had no solutions to offer, they gave no update in the app. I mean it's just completely unacceptable. I have not been this disappointed in an establishment ever. I ordered higher quality pizza from another place and they have already confirmed the order and gave me a delivery time earlier than Papa Johns would have gotten to our pizzas. I'm also just surprised there was no kind of solution or offer to try and earn future business.
