Showed up on Christmas Eve an hour and a half after them opening and wanted to order some bagels, was told that all the bagels that were on display was reserved for their online orders and that I couldn’t even have one of them. Last year I paid for a soufflé, when I didn’t receive it I went back to the counter for it and was told that it was given to someone in the drive through and that they didn’t have anymore left. Went to the papillion store and had great service and a lot of bagels and soufflés. Not going to bother going back to the Bellevue store.
- HTHayley TateDec 16, 20253.0I love Paneras soup and me and my man been sick with Influenza A so we decided to stop by and grab some in the drive thru real quick, everything went pretty smooth, only complaint is they rushed us out of the drive thru and I realized I didn’t get my drink. So we had to go back around and go inside sick to get the drink we paid for and had to spread out germs bc they didn’t have the drink prepped they just handed over the cup for us to deal with ourselves. Kinda Annoying to have to get our drink ourselves when they are getting paid and we are sick and don’t wanna get other people sick….foods good tho

- JTJennifer TreatOct 25, 20251.0I really wish you guys would go back to putting the little piece of cardboard under your warm sandwiches, every single time we order the Chipotle Chicken Avacado melt the bottom is soggy and absolutely disgusting, they were never like that when the cardboard was underneath. Resteraunt and women's bathroom were messy and no one was cleaning up. No need for that as they were not busy!
