    I really wish you guys would go back to putting the little piece of cardboard under your warm sandwiches, every single time we order the Chipotle Chicken Avacado melt the bottom is soggy and absolutely disgusting, they were never like that when the cardboard was underneath. Resteraunt and women's bathroom were messy and no one was cleaning up. No need for that as they were not busy!

    I would steer clear of this location. I understand that Panera is not the typical fast food restaurant and there might be a brief wait but today I was told that there was a 25 minute wait in the drive through line because there was a lot of orders on the screen!? Panera, your system is flawed!!! I told the gal that I just wanted a cup of soup and that didn't matter. I was still going to be a 25 minute.

    Went to place my order did not have the salad dressing for the salad ordered. Did not have baguettes. Did not have avocado. Seemed very unprofessional to put an order in for three different items and all of them were missing something that we wanted.
