Sometimes the fries are a little too Brown like they need to start changing their grease sooner than I believe it's every 6 days. But I go a lot of times in the morning and the manager there has a crappy attitude. I use the receipt for buy one get one free breakfast sandwich and when she has to take that $1 off you can visibly see how irritated she is. And she's pretty short with me every time she has an interaction with me and you can tell she has an attitude with her employees too sometimes. I believe if you work in customer service in your frustrated maybe you need to go take a time out to get yourself back together. But you should not be treating your employees or customers with any type of bad attitude

We used the app in the store and the kiosk malfunctioned but the manager still provides us with the food we tried to order at the same discount as the app was going to give us.

Ordered two drinks for curbside pickup, Dr Pepper and Sweet Tea. Received a diet Dr Pepper and an unsweetened tea. There’s no way this wasn’t on purpose. The employee was probably mad he had to walk 10 feet to give me my order. What a joke.

Attitude! I ordered the kids meal last night and the girl in the window mean mugged me I still said thank you no response, she was annoyed to help me. You don’t have to say anything but keep the attitude to the side. I bet if I did that, though it would be a huge problem.
