Placed online order, items missing. Called and manager could not talk to me, needed a translator. Must have been a non employee that translated. She wrote down my name and address to send me coupons for missing food. Ill be surprised if I actually get it. Person just hung up on me!

I ordered 3 hamburgers today with no ketchup, and all 3 hamburgers were barely Luke warm, and a drop of mustard, one pickle, and hardly any onions. With employees making $15t a hour now you would think they would serve a hot hamburger and make it properly. The drive thru was not busy at all. It does not take but a few seconds to put the meat on the hot grill and prepare the condiments properly before wrapping it. No wonder you have to have specials. At least wendy's serves their burgers very warm and prepared properly. I will not be going back.

I new the food was gonna be bad when the line was empty for the drive thru but I still went. And it's like they still rushed my food the bread half way off the breakfast sauce all over the wrapper but barely on the sandwich. What's the rush I understand fastfood but I was the only person in like it only takes a few more seconds to make it neat. I went in for the steal egg and cheese bagel

Went through and got a happy meal with apples. The apples tasted disgusting and had MOLD on them. The date said they were good till the next day tho.. when I called letting them know they said “can you bring the apples back”. Why would I go all the way out there just to bring you back your moldy apples? The manager in the phone was also very rude. I have worked in McDonald’s myself before and very much know how their system works, you should never ask a customer to bring food back..
