Everytime I order from here they either dont have a delivery driver, or they out source the delivery order to Uber Eats and takes an additional hour for a sandwich. It would be easier just to call me when my sandwhich is ready so i can go pick it up in a timely manner. Should consider changing your slogan from "Freaky fast" to "Shipping not included".

This is at least the 3rd time we have gone through the drive through and gotten horribly rude customer service, the person who took the order at drive thru was very short and not very helpful when I had questions, the sandwich was hot but the customer service took away from it. It seemed like it was the last place she wanted to be. I get it as people have bad days but the last 3 times is not right. We will probably go to the store on 36th and 370 instead from now on.

So stingey with condiments especially mayo. One lady was even rude about it. We use this location alot since it is the closest and most convenient to us but i am going to start driving down to the 36th and 370 location near target because they are always so friendly and never limit the amount of packets sometimes we get up to 4 sandwiches and everyone likes mayo and mustard in our family so we can add how much we want or they dont get soggy. Shouldnt be such a problem when we are spending about $13 per sandwich per person.

Wow! Thanks ladies for the 5 star service and helping me get the best deal in my app. Even though it was closing time they took great care of me and made a side of bacon packaged separately for my dog. I tried a new sandwich. The hot Italian. Yummy

Slow slow slow, everytime I've ever went through the drive thru, it was a good 20 minute wait. Terrible service and wait time.
