Foods great, place is clean but it is actually unreal how long the drive through takes especially with mobile orders. Currently sitting here 15mins and counting waiting for 2 sandwiches. We stopped coming to this location for awhile if we didn't have time to go inside because the wait is so long and apparently nothing has changed. 20mins....still waiting.
Update: Took 22mins. Drinks were not full and the lids were so terrible that we almost spilled what was in there when taking them out of the cupholder, also paid for a pickle and didn't receive it but now it's late and freezing outside and I just don't want to go out again. Such a bummer.

I’ve now tried this Jimmy John’s drive‑thru twice, and both times were painfully slow. The first visit took about 20 minutes, and today was no better.
I pulled up at 12:17, four cars back from the window. It took ten minutes just to move one car and place my order. When I finally got to the window, no one opened it for about four minutes. Meanwhile, people who walked in after I ordered were getting their food and leaving before anyone even acknowledged me.
And this wasn’t a complicated order — just a tuna club with no cucumbers or tomatoes. Bread, tuna salad, cheese. That’s it.
When they finally handed me my food at 12:35, they almost sent me off without taking my payment. For a second I thought maybe they were comping the order because of the ridiculous wait, but nope — just a quick “sorry about that.”
To top it off, the drink lid couldn’t even snap on correctly. I didn’t find out until it dumped all over the inside of my car.
Two visits, same issues: slow, disorganized, and careless. I won’t be back.

Wow. You guys have reallyyyy gone down hill. I’m sure it’s safe to assume at some point you’ll have a website that says “permanently closed”. But our brick hard bread almost broke my tooth. Seriously….the bread was hard as hell. Threw my sandwich away and won’t be back. Good luck.

Everytime I order from here they either dont have a delivery driver, or they out source the delivery order to Uber Eats and takes an additional hour for a sandwich. It would be easier just to call me when my sandwhich is ready so i can go pick it up in a timely manner. Should consider changing your slogan from "Freaky fast" to "Shipping not included".
