  It was a drive-thru experience. I received a order and the donuts are barely barely have any frosting on them and I asked for three long johns and three glaze and they gave me four long johns and two glaze which whatever but I'm more upset about the frosting on top of the donuts like there's two donuts here that are barely even three donuts here like what happened to making good donuts Duncan this is the third time that I've received donuts like this and I come to you every Saturday or Sunday and I don't know about other Duncan locations but this one seems to be slacking quite a bit will not be going back. Oh an 0 creme in the Long Johns. What the heck...

  It was me and my boyfriend’s first time coming here one morning and everything we ordered was so good! I loved the frozen chocolate! The morning staff during that time were really nice and quick, you can tell they care about quality. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

  I did the order online, we made it there and they said the only bread they have for the sandwich was sourdough or English muffins, my husband wanted a maple croissant sandwich, he didn’t want none of those breads, it’s no our fault that you don’t have the materials to make your products on proper time, so why do I have to accept whatever you want to give me as exchange, you are the one that didn’t have what I ordered, so I asked for 2 croissants stuffers instead the sandwich and they say no, the best they could do was 1 croissant stuffer and a donut or mini bagels, I felt that the situation was poorly managed, a have been a customer from that location for many years and never had an issue with them, I even asked her if they switched managers and she said yes, definitely you can notice when someone doesn’t know what they are doing, I can understand that mistakes happen, but you should own your mistake instead of trying to get it of your hook, I feel that this new team management is not directed the right way .

  The slowest service ever. The workers act like they don't want to be there. God customer service has got me out the window lately.

  I come here almost every day order the same exact coffee. This is the only dunkin close to my home. I literally almost never get the coffee that I ask for. Which I order a simple coffee caramel and cream only. Either hot or ice. Waste of time if I drive right back to get it re made and waste of money if I don’t because I won’t drink it.
