I checked my phone again and saw that it had been marked as ready at 8:36 (it was past 9). The lady talked to me like I'm a child and rudely said, "I told you on the phone it would be 25 minutes!!" I told her it was a mobile order and she was rude again. Another worker went to the rack and quickly saw my order. It wasn't hard to see. Apparently, there was an order for a Maria as well as mine (Mariah). Not even the same spelling. The rude woman was thinking we were asking about the order for Maria. Now I'm home with pizza that is an hour old. It's cold and chewy. I had to use my pizza cutter because not a single slice was cut through all the way.

I ordered a large with extra pepperoni and extra cheese and in doing so expected that there would be both extra cheese and extra pepperoni. On each slice there were three or four pieces of pepperoni and a light layer of cheese. This is the second time I’ve tried ordering this from this location and both times it did not meet expectations. Casey’s pizza is way better and right across the street. For great pizza go there.
