One guy was the supervisor and he was yelling at this young girl who was making pizzas. He was yelling at her that she “needed to cut out the attitude”. This girl was just sitting there and didn’t stop working and was trying to ignore him. I guess the argument was that she went on break for too long but she said she didn’t. Either way it’s super uncomfortable having to hear that while waiting for your food. Who cares if she’s a minute late. You sitting there yelling is a bigger issue. Also at the end of this whole thing my pizza was wrong.

They were condescending and said that my two pizzas weren't even in the oven yet. They said more rude and condescending stuff that made my sister walk out before she was visibly mad. I checked my phone again and saw that it had been marked as ready at 8:36 (it was past 9). The lady talked to me like I'm a child and rudely said, "I told you on the phone it would be 25 minutes!!" I told her it was a mobile order and she was rude again. Another worker went to the rack and quickly saw my order. It wasn't hard to see. Apparently, there was an order for a Maria as well as mine (Mariah). Not even the same spelling. The rude woman was thinking we were asking about the order for Maria. Now I'm home with pizza that is an hour old. It's cold and chewy. I had to use my pizza cutter because not a single slice was cut through all the way.
