We stood at reception desk for 10 minutes and although the wait staff looked in our direction, no one ever came over. Another gentleman walked in and went to the take out counter. He proceeded to wait as well. 5 min later, we just turned and walked out. Haven't been to this location in years and now I remember why. Service just outright is terrible. Can't rate anything else as we never made it past the desk, but that's a likely indicator of how bad everything else is. We will not be back.

A bit later our waitress came to the table and told us they realized we were right & she was told to apologize. We said we’d rather have Julia come out to apologize because the waitress was nothing but helpful. She never came out so we ended up just leaving.

Waitress came over took our order took us 35 minutes to receive two margaritas and water each meal came out at separate times so all four of us had to wait to eat until all of us had our food ordered two draft beers took us another 30 minutes to get that then the waitress handed them to the wrong people ! The Entrées are not even edible! The party was so loud we couldn’t even have a conversation the food and the service was lousy. Needless to say we will never step foot in this restaurant again.!!!
