  They got our delivery order wrong and when we called they told us they would give us a refund and they would fix our order. We went in person to pick up the fixed order and it was chaos. Everyone was yelling at each other, and they yelled at us too. We never got our order.

  If I could I would rate lower. Customer service is just horrible. Went to place an order and sat in hold for over an hour. I wet to use my finances phone and when they picked up I had barely enough of time to finally say something for the man on the other end to say mind you after I told him I’ve already been on another phone waiting on hold for 45 minutes he said I’ll help you in one sec and put me on hold for over another 30 minutes before hanging up on me. After trying to call back they wait for me to say something and hang up every time. This is ridiculous behavior nor should a customer be treat in this manner. I usually would say anything but something needs to be done. To the GM Jason you should be ashamed of the team you have hired as everyone that worked on March 26,2026 answer and hung up that phone. And playing games is ridiculed and seeing I called from different numbers and you treat people like that you don’t know it horrible.

  I have always been happy with dominos but today I ordered 2 sandwiches, both were completely burnt inside and the bread was hard and one sandwich was the wrong one so I reordered and got the same burnt sandwiches. I have had this problem before with the tots. Now I love their parmesan wings but I don't know if I will be ordering again

  Maybe I could’ve saved the frustration if I read the reviews first. But I placed a delivery order online and that experience wasn’t bad. My order was placed and was told it would be about 20-25 minutes. About an hour later, still no food and I realize I didn’t get a confirmation text or number. So I call back and now they have no record of me even placing the order and the person I spoke to wasn’t there. I looked at my card statement and my phone had been charged the order amount but then refunded. There was no attempt to let me know my order was cancelled and not going to arrive. And no attempt to make it right after waiting an hour for the food we thought we’d have!
