Also these women are consistently rude. If you’re served by anybody else, it’s usually fine

I arrived a couple minutes early and the food wasnt on the mobile order carryout self like the sign says they would be so I sat down and waited a few minutes as the store looked busy and I didnt want to be that person who complains its not done the exact time it should be. I waited... and waited...... made eye contact with an employee behind the counter and saw them bust at work so I keep on waiting.... After about 15-20 minutes I ask the employees if the order was ready and they said yes its been ready. So I take my food and leave. Obviously by the time I get home 5 minutes later the food is cold. It irritates me how they have a shelf that clearly displays pick up for "mobile orders" but they dont use so I sit down waiting feeling like an idiot now knowing the food was behind the counter the entire time. Food was decent once I warmed it back up but my experience there was not the best to say the least.

More than 50% of the time, the rice in my burrito bowl isn't fully cooked and ruins the entire meal. Just as often the chips taste stale or the steak is inedible. For how much you're charged, quality shouldn't be a consistent issue. Such a shame because it's a healthier option. Just not a reliable one.
