  I frequent this location because it’s near by but the service is honestly terrible, they are very slow, whoever takes orders at the speaker box no matter what day I come acts like it’s their first day, no sense of urgency even though it’s a rush, no one ever comes outside to take orders which I will never understand why? With the amount of people they have standing in the drive thru cubicle inside the actual store that just stare at everyone inside the car, you’d think it’d benefit them to have a couple people come outside…. But I guess not…. I know they had gotten new computers not to long ago so I’ve given them grace but honestly at this point it’s no excuse, they move very slow because they ONLY take orders at the box, the location of the store is horrible not to mention, very small drive thru space, to the point where cars are sitting out into the street of Cornhusker road, which is very dangerous because people don’t know how to act when they’re impatient. All in all, please do better with this location. Something needs to be done because it gets to a point.

  I went through the drive through today with my two young kids. Nothing out of the ordinary except they forgot two of my sauces and my fries. I had to park and leave my kids in the car, obviously not wanting to leave them alone in the car for long. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me they asked me to go grab the receipt which was in my car. I’m obviously not standing there for five minutes to screw you out of a medium fry and a Polynesian sauce. Do better.

  Super clean inside, well cared for, friendly staff and obviously good food. Brought my kiddo and her friends here for the first time since we moved here to play at the indoor playground and have lunch. Was not disappointed, I want worried about them getting sick, and was surprised to see they even had a games and activities table outside of the play ground room. Kids had a great time and went home full and sleepy. Mission accomplished 😌
