From start of sitting in line to place an order to getting food took 30 mins.
The last 10 mins was waiting for one sandwich. Which ended up being overcooked. And they omitted food out of the happy meal also.
The response given was Im sorry.

It's bizzaro world at this McDonald's location. Expect to wait 20-25 minutes to receive an order. I say "an order" because it's like a carousel of random orders being handed out and you can only hope it's close to what you wanted. They act understaffed and there's anywhere from 5-7 people on duty most of whom are standing around talking about how busy they are. Heard the manager tell grill area she couldn't come back to help them because they were swamped on front counter. There wasn't a single customer on front counter. Even if a customer had came in they could have ordered it themselves at the kiosk. Just be prepared to reorder it at front counter when they hand you someone else's order. I had to explain to an employee on my previous visit it wasn't my order and their reply was that I should just take that order and not ask for what I ordered. It's the strangest McDonald's I have ever been in and I regret giving it another chance.

They were very good to us. The staff was so nice! Food was great and fries were hot and fresh.
Using the app, we accidentally ordered and paid for our dinner, at a Lincoln address. The manager helped us and gave us our dinner order there.
