Asked for Ruben to be extra toasty. Wasn't toasted at all, sandwich so cold the cheese didn't even melt.
We don't have an Arby's in our town. We were all looking forward all day to the stop on the way home.. very disappointing...

Came in...noone in front of me. Waited at least 2 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The manager Bobbie was to busy fiddling with the hash browns to turn around and take my order. Ordered the burnt ends. They were ok. Nothing spectacular. No hi, how are you. She took my order, no thanks no it will be a minute. Not a word.she gave me my bag, I said thank you and again, not a word didn't even look at me. Gotta love Customer Service. Wow
