  Meat was cold on sandwich, guy working you could tell he clearly didn’t wanna be there and while I was waiting for my mobile order mind you 1 sandwich. Gentlemen came in and was standing looking at the menu and the worker started getting mad huffing n puffing clinching his fist. Definitely will drive to grand island from now on if I want subway. This isn’t the first time that this place has had bad customer service skills with there employees. Would not recommend going here.

  Food was not fresh, and the veggies were somewhat stale. Had no better choice, however the staff was polite and supportive. It's inside a plaza and is easily overlooked.

  Neither of us was asked toasted or not. When we figured out that my friend's sandwich was not toasted after she took a few bites to find her bacon was cold and her big mozzarella cheese was still hard and not melted, I brought her sandwich back in. The manager on duty told me that I should have leniency for her trainees. She gave me a cookie to make up for the sandwich that my friend could no longer eat. I told her I wanted our money back for that sandwich & she handed me a coupon for free sandwich along with a snide remark. Thankfully I don't even live in this state.

  DONT EAT HERE!! Would make 0 if I could. The employee told me they had left all the lids up all night but said he handled the issue. Then as I was eatin my sandwich I got the worst food poisoning I ever had or saw. The restaurant showed 0 care for making a customer so sick. Definitely don’t waste y’all money here
