Waited for and hour to receive my meal in a rush to get home after being on the road for 11 hours looking to bring food home to my family. Just to get home and see every single meal was messed up and not remotely close to what I asked for. The customer service was terrible as well as the facility being dirty. Don’t recommend

Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, there was no staff at the counter to manage orders, and employees on break had taken up seating, leaving no place for customers. After placing our order on the kiosk and selecting “pay at counter,” it sat unattended for nearly 10 minutes until someone finally emerged from the back to locate it. In the meantime, the ketchup dispenser burst all over my shirt, adding to the frustration. When the food was eventually served, it was cold and poorly handled—hardly living up to the promise of “fast food.” Another family nearby was also experiencing similar service issues, which suggests this was not an isolated incident. Overall, the lack of organization, inattentive service, and cold food made for an unacceptable experience.
