This has been going on for 4-6 months. Super disappointed. Its time to bring a different sandwich shop to ashland.

- SWSandy WestDec 9, 20251.0Stopped by Subway in Ashland NE a few minutes after 9:00 this evening to get a sandwich and a salad. The door was locked but the open sign was on. The hours on the door state they close at 9:30 pm. The employee inside looked directly at us, but did not come to the door so I knocked on the glass door. The employee unlocked the door and asked if he could help us. I told him we wanted to get a salad and a sandwich and he informed us they were closed. I pointed out the hours on the door showed 9:30 pm. The employee said when they aren't busy, they have to close at 9. If this is the case, perhaps a sign can be added to the door advising customers of the new policy?
