  Horrible service, stood there for 3-5 mins, told me yet again I’ll be with you in just a second. They were worried more about talking to each other rather than serving customers in line

  If you dont know how to make a sandwich... DON'T GET BEHIND THE COUNTER. And if you dont know how to talk to people and really dont wanna come to work...DONT COME TO WORK. A cold cut sandwich has its own meats for it. Smh And if you know someone is new... Help them care for your customers. And dont shut the place down and turn the lights off WAYYYY before closing. That just makes it uncomfortable to ask for your services.

  The gal is a very rude person and she refused service to gentleman before us, no customer service whatsoever.we were asked to get out of the store to make an online order.

  The staff at this location seem to be more on top of things than the other location in town. They do a good job. However, you still have to deal with the app, which has been a fountain of problems. Whether it be requiring orders to add sandwiches that don't exist in order to use an advertised deal, or not being able to process gift card payments, or even lying to customers about the readiness of their orders while also not providing their own staff with the order information, the app seems to be the origin of most issues.
