Last 3 times they have been out of at least one item I wanted on my burrito at noon. After my food was started it took 10 minutes before I got to pay so food was half cold by the time I sat down to eat. Seems like management is either oblivious of what is going on in the front or just don't care about the frustrated customers waiting because they needed help on the line, especially on the lunch rush.

I got ample servings of everything.... except the item I paid 3.50 extra to have more of. At first I had to check my receipt. I thought maybe I forgot to order extra chicken because as you can see from my picture there is no chicken in sight. I had to hunt and peck for it.
