    I just sat here in office and the manager, a woman not sure of her name was assisting with a customer on pricing and she was extremely rude to this customer. Beyond ignorant and unprofessional. Also this place smells like sewage

    I always stop in here on my way through Dickinson. Drive thru is usually pretty quick, even when they are backed up. I don't recall ever having a bad order from this location.

    I am currently sitting in the drive thru I ordered food at 10:35 it's now almost 11 and just now was able to pay there are 3 cars in front of us and none of us have moved! I thought this was supposed to be fast food! Now I have to deal with a crabby pre-schooler who keeps asking why we don't have our foot yet and why aren't we moving! This is insane for a small line shouldn't take this long! And yes even after this rant still haven't moved!

    I went through the drive thru to surprise my toddler with a happy meal I got through the app, there were only 3 cars ahead of me so I figured the drive thru would be fine. The lady ahead of me waited 5 minutes at the speaker before they took her order, once it was my turn the guy at the speaker told me to please wait, I also waited 4-5 mins, as I kept saying hello to get his attention. The left lane literally had 4 cars to every 1 right side lane go through... You should not work the speakers if you take 5 minutes between every single vehicle. This is literally the worst McDonalds for time I've ever experienced. Super slow, horrible service, mostly at the speakers and 1st window specficially. I should've gone inside, it probably would've been faster but reading these comments make me think it would have somehow been worse. Literally took 33 minutes being the 4th vehicle in line to begin with.
