  I picked up a quarter powder deluxe, quarter pounder with cheese, 2 chicken sandwiches, big mac and a large fry. All the buns were really tough the big mac was more like a salad on 3 buns, the chicken was over cooked and the fries were hard and dry. It has been a while since we ordered food because of the food. I was really hoping it would be better this time but I think it was even worse.

  Incompetent beyond belief. Every single time, you would think with the volume of business they do, they would consistently be improving. Think again. Trash.

  Overall it was fine, but the food could be better. The burgers are dry, plus they only put one singular pickle on them. The nuggets are better, and the fries are fine. It’s just the burgers that need work. The service it great 9/10 and the overall feel of the place is welcoming.

  Popular place and I use to know why. Excellent customer service and food but now my fiancé calls this McDonald’s Mc-rrhea, (if you get my breeze)? We always order the same thing a spicy chicken deluxe, and a double quarter pounder with two orange drinks. We stopped by just recently to grab two iced mocha coffees and the customer service was awful. She was rude, older lady, and acted like we were in her way.

  So I had a mobile order that I placed. I chose what I wanted while I was at my house and I was gonna place the order once I got to the store. So I get there place my order but realize my free fries weren’t in the cart anymore and All I got was my burger. So I rush inside before they can finish it, to see if they can add if the fries. This boy named Emilio has super helpful and understood my problem and said I’ll see what I can do. He comes back with a manager woman. And she says what’s going on? And I explain to her and she refuses my free medium fries. To get the free fries you had to spend $2. Because the timberwolves scored 11 three pointers in a game you unlock the coupon. I explained to her the coupon must have just timed out and if she could just give me the fries because I messed up. She says no it’s too late and just dismisses me almost. So I accept my loss and go to my car, and I see my order is coming, this man is walking SO slow he took over 30 seconds to walk 50 feet and leaves the bags open when it’s cold outside so my food is getting cold aswell, this isn’t the first time he has done this. Thank you to that boy who tried to get me my food. This was around 8:00PM February 6, 2026
