went around 11:30 for lunch at the drive through. The food was quick but the fries must have been sitting for 2 hours. The ham and Swiss sandwich I got had no flavor and was also cold. The gentlemen at the window didnt speak. He couldn't have cared if I lived or died. At least I know why the food was so fast. I won’t be back. If you want a fast food experience that is fast, hot and good service just go to Taco John's.

My French dip and Swiss would of been so much better with the broth sauce it should come with when you order French dip. The reason it's called French dip. My order was for 2 French dip and Swiss with a sauce for both and a classic roast beef. But I was given only 1 of the sauce. Fine if only 1 person was eating like a pig. The employee who assumed 1 container of sauce for 2 people to share must believe double dipping is fine and we all love to spread germs. To that employee thank you for the extraordinary dry French dip and Swiss. And for making my meal aa shifty as my day.

I hate that my family likes Arby's because this place drops the ball time after time. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but I never have a positive experience at this location. This most recent time, I placed my order online, for pickup through the drive thru (which is offered through the app and because I'm mobility impaired). Upon arriving I was told I had to come in to pick up my order?? I go inside and the screens displaying my order clearly state drive thru at the top. S communication issue between workers causes one of them to unroll two of my sandwiches to examine them; she wasn't wearing any gloves and touched both of the sandwiches. The third sandwich on my order was an absolute disgrace. What was supposed to me a smokehouse brisket, add bacon, was nothing more than a few pieces of regular roast beef and cold microwave bacon. Pictured below is what I paid nearly $10 for. I'll never go back to any Arby's simply because of my experiences here. 0 stars.
