  I ordered a cookie butter matcha (large) and when I got it the cup wasn’t even full with the drink and it was at least ninety percent ice. It had ZERO matcha flavor and genuinely just tasted like flavored milk. Was so disappointed to get a drink that was actually only a few sips due to the amount of ice. Atmosphere was very unprofessional.

  This is the third time that I’ve went and asked for a caramel frappe with no whipped cream, and they gave me a caramel frappe with whip whipped cream, also I asked for caramel drizzle and no caramel

  I’ve been to 52 location across 13 states and this is the first 7 brew that I hate. Drinks don’t taste nearly as good as the other locations. Constantly messing up orders and a very immature staff. There’s only one chick that’s either a baller or manager because she the only one who knows what she’s doing and keeps the vibes of the other stands I’ve been to. If you made it this far don’t let this stand be your turn off from other 7 brews. Best coffee <3
