Stating that “that’s just how things are” when asking about discount due to pizza sitting on the shelf for over an hour he said “no it just doesn’t work like that”? Delivery driver was apologetic- pizza was also missing toppings. I get it things happen. Short staff whatever but at least accommodate and take accountability.

Then received a coupon for half off next order. Why would I want to order again?? Management is horrible. I’d recommend a different pizza place for anyone.
