I stood waiting for someone to take my order for quite a while as she made repeated eye contact with me, zero acknowledgement. The wonderful young man who admitted he's still fairly new finally walked over as he kept looking to her for guidance of which she gave zero. I certainly hope she's not the manager here, I'd feel terrible for the employees she has to oversee.
