- WWWilliamMar 29, 20261.0I asked for well done. What I got was a pizza 30 seconds from an urn. Let’s be clear, well done and burned are not the same thing. Well done means extra bake, more browning, a firmer crust, and toppings finished properly. Burned means blackened crust, scorched cheese, dried out toppings, and a bitter charred taste. This pizza was not well done. This was cremated. To make things worse, I specifically asked for the garlic sauce to be left off, and they still put it on. So not only was the pizza overcooked past the point of common sense, they also failed a basic order instruction. When a customer gives two simple requests, cook it well done, leave off the garlic sauce, and both get botched, something is wrong in the kitchen. This looked less like food service and more like neglect in a box. I paid for pizza, not a culinary autopsy.
