  Workers are nice They got my order right and this is a 5 star fast food place I would definitely go there agaun

  It took everything in my power not to scream at the people working or hold down my horn while they make me wait excessively long for literally nothing so the BARE MINIMUM they deserve is a review. I waited in the first line at the drive through for about 5 minutes but nobody was there to talk to me and take my order. I had a prepaid order and I saw a sign saying I can order at a window so I lulled up. I tried telling the people at the windows that I waited in the drive through for 5 minutes and that nobody ever took my order. The old guy at the first window was slow and hard of hearing which is crazy because the sign on the drive through said "if you're disabled or hard of hearing pull up to the window to order" and the girl at the second window refused to listen to anything I said. It's been bad before but WOW that was terrible it's usually a 50/50 if you get good or bad service but I've never been disrespected this horribly by anybody working their job ever. Not even close. 10 minutes for the app to work, 5 minutes before I pulled up because nobody would take my order, 3 minutes straight trying to explain to the guy that nobody took my order, 5 minutes of that useless woman at the second window to FINALLY take my order and another 5 minute wait to actually get it. Plus she forgot part of my order which I had to AGAIN wait for her to come back and stop blatantly ignoring me to give me the rest of what I paid for. I'm so glad I decided not to work here because dealing with the disrespect from these people for 10-20 minutes was already taking everything in me but when you barely get paid to work I guess that's what it does to people.

  Is the slowest unprofessional bad quality food?\nOr ordering through the app, that's supposed to be faster.It's not working

  Sadly, I have to edit my previous 4 star down to 2 star. Order accuracy has dropped dramatically. In the past 5 or 6 visits something was missing or wrong. I suggest pulling everything out of the bags before leaving the parking lot or you will regret it. The food quality is still ok and the people are friendly.
