Neither one was tipped over to show like their guarantee when I asked them about their guarantee, the manager come huffing out and said what’s the problem and I said nobody tipped over the blizzard And I’m wondering if I get a coupon because it says right here and your sign she informed me that’s only if the blizzard falls out this is the first Dairy Queen that I’ve ever been treated so rudely at my grandchildren and my wife and I go there at least three times a month For supper. I guarantee we will not be back.
- RRrabbitAug 2, 20251.0theres not much in breck/wahp so you take what you can get but thats 0 excuse for awful service and rude staff. its not that hard to pretend you care. its really not. tldr just go to the breckenridge dq even though they dont have chocolate ice cream. its like 5 minutes away. just now i went thru my order, she didnt hear a WORD of it, and i went thru it again just for her to act like it was my fault she gave me vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate. i said chocolate the First time i said the order. another time i ordered food and ice cream on my lunch break. i ASKED HER which blizzard i should get cuz i couldnt decide. she didnt put in the ice cream so i had to order it again. i ordered a smores blizzard (which we had Talked About, if you'll remember) and she gave me a reeses blizzard. the blizzards are never mixed to the bottom, they cant shape a cone to save their lives (photo of said cone), they're rude and cant listen. i have never left a review like this EVER. i have worked in the service industry for 7 years. i Understand not every day is your best day, and sometimes youre busy so you cant be at service 24/7. but at least Act like you care. every time i go the same 3 people act like theyre being held at gunpoint to be there. get a different job i beg of you.
