- MGMandy GundersonApr 22, 20262.0Ordered a pickup order online at 10:30am for an 11:45am pickup. We arrived at 11:47 and our pizzas hadn’t even been made yet. It was close to an hour before they were even done at that time! The guy working was pretty rude at first, and it seemed like they only had one worker and one delivery driver during the lunch rush. The phone was ringing nonstop the whole time we were there, so it was pretty clear they were overwhelmed. While we were there, multiple large delivery orders were ahead of us (16 pizzas, plus orders of 7 and 3), so I understand there was a lot going on — but it also made it seem like there should be a better system in place for timing and order flow. They definitely could use some extra help during busy times, and it would also be nice to see gloves used when handling toppings. They did thank us for being patient — which we were — but overall it wasn’t a great experience, especially with the delay and how things were handled.

- AAAliMar 15, 20264.0We got the food petty quick. Like we waited 5 minutes I think for the 2 small pizzas to be prepared and 3 lava cakes. Then 20 minutes for it to cook. I always wanted to try a lava cake they where so good. In middle school I didn't like them but know they are better.

When I explained what I was doing to Randy he discounted the pizza and the other employee Brody sent a kind message to the folks that were down on their luck. Husband is allergic to chicken and nothing was said about an exchange until I returned the salad, did get a credit but don't do that ask the customer first!!! Also after ordering we were pushed back almost an hour?? Watching several orders leaving and the app kept pushing back our time! When asked why they said that the owner did it! Horrible customer service by the owner!
