When my daughter became sick at work with GI symptoms she was told she had to stay. So if you got sick this weekend let it be known that DQ broke the law and told a 16yr old that she had to stay and work while sick after having vomited, or find her own replacement. In a today's society where illnesses create fear and unrest, I would think a franchised establishment such as Dairy Queen would understand that it is highly inappropriate to have an employee work with food while ill. I am rather sure that the corporate owners of the name Dairy Queen wouldn't want to be associated with a foodborne illness outbreak.
