  Don’t order from here if your want food, extremely long wait times and they’ll cancel your order because they can’t figure their stuff out. What a joke.

  So me and my girlfriend go to minot weekly and we always stop at Taco Bell there was a good run with fresh and just great food but then recently they won’t put enough or any cheese I’ve had to add my own cheese when I get home and I live outta town about an hour and ten mins away so my food is already cold by the time I’m home so I have to re heat it what’s the point of spending money for them to make my food when they don’t get it right half the time or it’s just not very good I’ve worked food industry for a couple years now and even when we’re slammed it’s not that hard to do your job right maybe they need to slow down or retrain the cooks/whoever puts the food in the bags

  Terrible costumer service! The staff don't acknowledge people coming in. When I asked for my order the staffer just walked away. Waited until another person came by to help me. Even that person took 10mins to get my order ready. Again terrible costumer service. Can't believe management can have a staff that bad. 🤦‍♂️

  Ordered on the app for pickup. Waited in the restaurant for my food. App said it was done and ready. Asked and was told not done yet. Waited another 20 minutes. Asked again. Was told it just got finished due to large amounts of orders. No one else in the restaurant, not very busy on the drive through. Food was cold and stuck to the paper wrapper. Finally flagged a worker down again and showed her the food. She made a new one in under a minute, half tossed it onto the counter, and mumbled "have a nice day"! Won't be back there!!!

  Took 38 minutes for me to get my food. I was patient until the 30 minute mark, after which I go ask for the manager and ask where the hell my food is. Nobody had even started making the food. 19 people walked in, ordered, ate, and left before I got my food. And no, the food didn't even come out right, and the meat was lukewarm at most. This happened Monday 2 weeks ago.
