  You know, I was nervous to order from these guys again (this particular store) after they messed up a previous order pretty badly but I'm actually really impressed today. My sandwich came almost exactly like what I wanted (had avocado when I asked for none but it's surprisingly good so I don't mind) and they actually gave me a bag of chips and a cookie for free! They even picked my favorite flavor of chips. This was a very pleasant surprise and I feel like it made up for the past mistake. Thanks for being on your game today JJ's, I know it's not easy so I appreciate you going the extra mile. It may sound silly but today has been a disaster for me and this order is the one thing that's gone correctly. Little things like this really do make a difference! Thank you.

  I ordered food online and the food took 1 1/2hrs to arrive. They didn’t even get the order right. Then i called them to ask where my food was and they kept putting me on hold without letting me know, I called them to let them know I was dissatisfied and the employee stated what do you want me to do about it? I said I want my money back. He then transferred it to a manager who stated she voided the order out. Who knows if I will get my money back. Very poor service! And it took way too long. Jimmy John’s is supposed to be fast. Never ordering from here again.

  When they actually make your food right and you get all of it its amazing unfortunately for me it dosnt seem to happen that way often.
