He replied “if nobody is there that means they are closed”. I replied “its only 9”. Hahaha crazy what he said” we don’t have staff so they closed early “ such a joke.

I arrived at 9:40 p.m. — well before their posted closing time of 10 p.m. I understood I was cutting it close, but I was traveling overnight in a semi and this was my only option for food. When I approached the counter, I was told they were closed. I pointed out that it was 9:45, not 10, but the employee insisted they were out of food. I asked if they had enough to make a basic turkey sandwich, and was met with attitude and sarcasm — even being made to feel like I was the problem for asking. What made it worse is that after reluctantly making my order, the employees proceeded to make food for their friends who came in after me. Clearly, they had product available, they simply didn’t want to serve paying customers. The sandwich I did receive was poorly made and tasted terrible. As someone who passes through this town monthly, I can confidently say I will never stop at this Subway again — nor will I spend money at the attached gas station where we typically fuel up and spend hundreds of dollars. This location lost a loyal customer permanently due to disrespectful service, dishonesty, and an unwillingness to do their job until closing time.

Him on the other hand was angry . Towards her and swearing in front of customers. He also was about to serve us burnt food. The lady very kindly redid the food for us. And he had a problem with it.
