Then i called them to ask where my food was and they kept putting me on hold without letting me know, I called them to let them know I was dissatisfied and the employee stated what do you want me to do about it? I said I want my money back. He then transferred it to a manager who stated she voided the order out. Who knows if I will get my money back. Very poor service! And it took way too long. Jimmy John’s is supposed to be fast. Never ordering from here again.
